The EUNICOAST Alliance is a unique European ecosystem with 13 European Universities located in islands,
ports and coastal territories.
Anchored to the sea in spirit and practice, the European Alliance seeks to awaken an appreciation for the maritime world’s significance. For us, the sea is not a physical boundary, but a conduit of shared experiences, economic prosperity, and ecological balance. By instilling a deep-rooted connection to the sea, we empower our students to engage meaningfully with both ports and islands, and the intricate interplay between them. The focus is on islands and ports is far more than just a symbol. It emphasises the way in which universities are places for deep thinking, thoughtfulness, experimentation and creativity. It underlines the importance of our role in creating meaningful connections and communication between our territories and our communities.

The University of Patras holds a strategic role in the Alliance taking the lead in dessimination of learning outpouts to the whole community. Professor Eugenia Arvanitis is involved with WP2 representing the University of Patras. This package concerns EDUCATION trough Intensive Programmes, Flagship Educational Activities, and Microcredentials. EUNICoast promotes flexible, international learning experiences that combine academic excellence, innovation, and cultural diversity.
Πρόσκληση Εκδήλωσης Ενδιαφέροντος για συμμετοχή στο 1ο EUNICoast Student Festival – Sassari, Σαρδηνία, Ιταλία | 21–25 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026
Η συμμαχία Ευρωπαϊκών Πανεπιστημίων EUNICoast και το University of Sassari, σε συνεργασία με τα Πανεπιστήμια-μέλη της Συμμαχίας, προσκαλούν φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες να εκδηλώσουν ενδιαφέρον συμμετοχής στο 1ο EUNICoast Student Festival με τίτλο: “Waves of Change“.
Οι συμμετέχοντες θα συνεργαστούν σε διεθνείς και διεπιστημονικές ομάδες μέσω εργαστηρίων και hackathons, εστιάζοντας σε πραγματικές προκλήσεις που σχετίζονται με τον πολιτισμό, το περιβάλλον, την τεχνολογία και τη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη.

- Blue Code: Solutions for Sustainable Seas
- Many Voices, One Coast: Multilingualism and Intercultural Innovation

Η συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα επιχορηγείται από το Erasmus+ KA131, σύμφωνα με τους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς κινητικότητας του Erasmus+.
Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής έχουν προπτυχιακοί φοιτητές, μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές και υποψήφιοι διδάκτορες που:
- είναι εγγεγραμμένοι σε πρόγραμμα σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών,
- διαθέτουν γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας επιπέδου Β2,
- ενδιαφέρονται για ζητήματα πολιτισμού, βιωσιμότητας, τεχνολογίας, περιβάλλοντος και διαπολιτισμικής συνεργασίας.
