Από το σχολείο της γειτονιάς στον πολίτη του μέλλοντος

Το σεμινάριο αυτό απευθύνεται σε εκπαιδευτικούς, στελέχη της εκπαίδευσης και φορέων που ασχολούνται με τη Διαπολιτισμική Εκπαίδευση και Διαμεσολάβηση. Το σεμινάριο διοργανώνεται από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών (Εργαστήριο Κοινωνιολογίας και Εκπαίδευσης, ΤΕΕΑΠΗ) και το Πανεπιστήμιο Λευκωσίας. Θα δοθεί Βεβαίωση Συμμετοχής και πληροφορίες για το νέο εξ αποστάσεως ΚΟΙΝΟ Μεταπτυχιακό “Διαπολιτισμική Εκπαίδευση και Διαμεσολάβηση“.

Συμμετέχουμε στο επιμορφωτικό πρόγραμμα Teach for Integration 3 (T4I3) που υλοποιείται από το Εργαστήριο Ελληνικής Γλώσσας και Πολυγλωσσίας (GLML) του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας, και χρηματοδοτείται από το Γραφείο της UNICEF στην Ελλάδα, με την υποστήριξη του Υπουργείου Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων και υπό την εποπτεία του Ινστιτούτου Εκπαιδευτικής Πολιτικής. Οι επιμορφωτικές δράσεις του Πανεπιστημίου ΠΑτρών με επιμορφώτρια την κ. Ευγενία Αρβανίτη επικεντρώνονται σε ομάδες επιμορφούμενων στην Πάτρα, την Ηλέια και τη Ζάκυνθο.

The Forum on Intercultural Dialogue & Learning of the University of Patras (Laboratory of Sociology & Education, Department of Educational Sciences and Early Childhood Education) organizes a three-hour training workshop within the framework of the European project “Get Close to Opera” on Friday 7 June 2019 15:30 at the Library of the University of Patras.
The workshop is addressed to professionals working in educational departments of cultural organizations as well as to educators or students who are active in the field of Art, Music, Theatrical Education and other related artistic fields. By exploiting Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence theory and the educational material available on the platform (https://www.getclosetoopera.eu), participants will develop their intercultural and social skills to promote cultural and linguistic integration of migrants / refugees in Europe through experiential activities.

TEACHER CAPACITY BUILDING FOR INCLUSION OF REFUGEE AND MIGRANT CHILDREN IN GREECE
This project is funded by UNICEF and it will be implemented by a partnership of Greek Universities (including the University of Patras) led by the University of Thessaly.
The main aim of the project is to train teachers in DYEP, ZEP, mainstream and intercultural schools, as well as educators in non-formal education, school principals and policy makers in the regions of Thessaly, Epirus and Crete. Due to the growing needs of refugee education in Greece, training will cover a wide range of fields and skills development. Special emphasis will be placed on differentiated teaching and learning, as it is one of the very promising roads to inclusion and equity in education.
On 8 and 9 of December 2018 the first cohort of trainees attended a two day workshop on refugee mobility and intercultural education.
